2 Competencies
The current ‘multiple crisis’ situation needs people who are willing and able to change the world. It is our task as facilitators and trainers to contribute to the empowerment of young people to be involved in shaping the society in a more resilient and regenerative direction. This also counts for groups that have been on the sidelines for whatever reason: because they don't know what they can do, because they don't have the courage, because they don't see the point or because they were never supported.
Firstly, to be successful in climate protection, knowledge will be needed. Secondly, the ability to translate this knowledge into action. And third, it is necessary to have the wish to act. It takes knowledge, skills and attitude, to enact the changes needed. The handbook will try to meet these different factors.
